Sigmund Freud defined just two types of female orgasm (vaginal and clitoral) but our scientific knowledge has clearly advanced since then. Dr. Masters and Virginia Johnson studied thousands of women having orgasms in their lab, exploring the physiological aspects of the ‘sexual response cycle’. Many people have since come up with a variety of models of the female orgasm. An excellent way to learn about the many kinds of female orgasm is to have a variety of lovers, and various types of sexual experiences. After all, every sex partner has a different set of sexual skills, styles and assets. And, of course, every sex partner has their limitations.
Note that no two orgasms are exactly alike.
One orgasm is no better than another; they are simply different.
Dream-gasms…In the 50′s,the infamous ‘Kinsey Report’ found that 37% of American females had experienced dreams which led to orgasm by the age of 45. These require absolutely no genital stimulation. Sometimes women simply wake up and are in orgasm. Sometimes we dream we are having orgasm and we have one at the same time. Sometimes we only dream of one but it’s orgasmic in a non-physical or less physical way. Dream-gasms sometimes occur with strong vaginal and anal contractions, and sometimes not. They can feel like a clitoral orgasm, or an energy orgasm. They are extremely pleasurable. Sometimes a full bladder can trigger such orgasms.
Micro-gasms…These are small, subtle orgasms that occur without physical stimulation. They can take various forms. If we focus on our erotic energy body, and visualize the orgasmic flow inside us, we can physically feel orgasmic waves pulse through our bodies and feel the “tension and release” on a subtle level. It’s similar to the idea that ‘enlightenment is within us’. If we focus, we can bring about spiritual feelings. Orgasm is within us. If we focus, we can bring about orgasmic feelings. It’s as if when we focus on our cells multiplying we can feel the cells having orgasms. ‘Cellular-gasms.’ Also, if we focus on our autonomic nervous system we can feel bioenergetic reactions, where the body begins twitching on its own. This can be super orgasmic. If when we are sneezing we eroticize the sneeze, we can transmute it into an orgasm. When we get chills, we can eroticize the feelings and turn them into orgasms. In sensual massage, the goosebumps that occur from this kind of orgasm are called “orga-bumps”. Micro-gasms can also occur while doing pleasurable activities—walking in the wind, laying in the sun, singing on stage, etc. There has been scientific study on energy orgasm, such as a study on “thinking off” in the lab-to see if women could have orgasms without genital stimulation. They found that it did occur and that some women achieved satisfying orgasms without the characteristic contractions of the orgasmic platform. You can simply lie down, doing nothing but focussing on erotic physical feelings and then begin to twitch and shake, with “kriyas” (a yogic term), and go into full body orgasmic ecstasy. These kinds of orgasms can easily be taught. They reside just below our surface, and we just need to relax and let them bubble up.
Inter-Vaginal Orgasms…Vaginal, g-spot and cervical orgasms are orgasms that happen inside the vagina with inter-vaginal stimulation (fingers, fists, dildos, penises). Each orgasm feels slightly different, and sometimes they occur together. Some inter-vaginal orgasms are subtle; some overwhelming. Many women are having various kinds of inter-vaginal orgasms all the time, but don’t acknowledge them because they are expect them to feel like clitoral orgasms. Many feminists believe that clitoral orgasms are the superior orgasms. They want to set the record straight after Freud misled so many women (and men). Sex educator Betty Dodson doesn’t consider g-spot or vaginal orgasms valid orgasms. G-spot orgasms can happen with or without ejaculation. (Ejaculation can also occur without orgasm). Cervical orgasms often occur with fisting. One can feel a huge tension release deep in the gut. They are almost like belly orgasms. Often vaginal orgasms can occur without a climax.
Breath & Energy Orgasms…It’s a sad oversight that western culture does not acknowledge or practice these kinds of orgasms. Breath and energy orgasms are wonderful, satisfying and mind-blowing. They are easily learned. This kind of orgasm is an energy- generation model, as opposed to a tension-release model. Often these kinds of orgasms are taught and enjoyed by Neo-Tantric people. During the “Wave”, one undulates erotically, thus activating the cerebral spinal fluid and orgasmic reflex. In the Native American version, the Fire breath Orgasm (not the yoga exercise the Breath of Fire), one lays down and breathes up through the chakras. I myself teach Breath and Energy Orgasm as well as the Cobra Breath Orgasm. Some practitioners can generate at will what is perhaps the most intense kind of energy orgasm, the “Kundalini orgasm”. They practice this for a lifetime(s) and achieve amazing feats. They also warn of the dangers of these extremely strong orgasms. Kundalini orgasms can also be healing, transformative, and enlightening. Breath and energy orgasms can occur from conscious, rhythmic, deep breathing, or other ways of generating energy in the body such as swimming, running, risk taking, listening to music. Basically a person learns how to build energy with thought, kegals, undulation, visualization, surrender, etc. Once the energy is built, it kicks into a release phase, which can be mild or extremely intense. Squeezing the PC muscles helps eroticize the energy and pump it the body for a more full-bodied effect. This category can include anger-gasms and laugh-gasms—where an intense emotional release is ‘orgasmicized’. Physiologically, these are similar to clitoral and vaginal orgasms, with increased breath rates, with flushes, increased heart rate, sweaty palms and feet. They can be very physically intense, with feelings like you are plugged into an electrical socket. Enormous tingling sensations in hands, feet and lips, eyeballs rolling back into the head, back arches, and orgasm sounds can also occur.
Clitoral Orgasms…Experts all agree that women can have clitoral orgasms. The clitoris is stimulated, muscular tension builds, and then vaginal contractions and a release of energy occur. These can take place very localized just in the clitoris, or the feelings can spread up into the belly and groin and over the whole body. They can be small or massive. Clitoral orgasms can be ‘extended’. Masters and Johnson found what they coined “status orgasmus”, orgasms which lasted 20 to more than 60 seconds. Masters and Johnson definitely didn’t measure orgasms of the masters. Some women can have repeated clitoral orgasms lasting for many minutes in a row. A woman can have clitoral orgasms without a ‘climax’. But a clitoral climax always comes with an orgasm. There are multiple clitoral orgasms, and also possible are multiple clitoral climaxes. There are very deep clitoral orgasms, and surface clitoral orgasms.
Combination-gasms…Sometimes a woman can only experience one kind of orgasm, in one part of her body, in one way. But often two or more kinds of orgasm are combined in succession or in tandem. These can be in any combination. During one sex session, a lucky woman may experience all 7 kinds of orgasm! Indeed, energy orgasms are almost always connected with clitoral or vaginal orgasms.
Mega-gasms…These are the tsunami of all orgasms…an intense full body experience, deeply emotional and intensely spiritual. It generally lasts an extended lengthy of time, from 30 seconds to up to an hour or two. Mega-gasms have been captured on video but this is an extremely rare event. Not that many women are capable of letting go that deeply or handling that much pleasure and ecstasy and orgasmic energy. Mega-gasms are brought on by intense physical stimulation…hard intercourse combined with a strong vibrator on the clitoris, with vaginal and clitoral stimulation. Sometimes discomfort or pain can trigger one. The stimulation goes way beyond normal love making, into surrendering to intense physical force and massive genital manipulation (can also include kissing, nipple sucking, bondage, dark tantra). It helps to have an ‘orgasm midwife’, someone who is totally present that can manage and handle the incredible intensity of such orgasms. The face of the woman having the orgasm can severely contort just as if in labour. There’s also a massive ego surrender. Mega-gasms can come with past life recalls, and intense visual imagery. A pent up well of energy and emotions seems to burst free. They are primal with sensations of being ‘breathed by the universe’, like you’re a channel for orgasmic energy, open for the life force to pass through you.
Bottom Line..Research on orgasm to date has mostly involved defining what orgasm is. However, we must expand our concepts of orgasm. Interview the orgasm experts…those women who have had extra-ordinary experience with orgasm. Many women assume that if an orgasm isn’t a clitoral orgasm, then it doesn’t count. They thus limit themselves. Expanding our concept of orgasm opens mind and body to experiencing new things. With proper instruction and with practice they become more conscious and clear. Then, we can all enjoy healthier, more orgasmic lives, filled with ecstasy.

In this harsh age of judging our own bodies (carving and starving them into conforming to an unattainable ideal), great healing can be had in saying this beautiful ancient Tantric-Hindu prayer.
At mealtime or any other time, say this blessing for your body, just as it is, in the here and now:
I honour you as the temple in which my spirit and creative energy reside.
I have created you from my need to manifest my spirit on earth, so that I may use this time to learn and grow.
I offer this food so that you may keep on sustaining my creative energy, spirit
and soul.
I offer this food with love, and my sincere desire to keep you free from disease and disharmony.

Yes, Orgasms are good for you!
Couples who have regular sex are happier, healthier and more energetic than their less sexy counterparts.
Sex releases endorphins and a brain chemical called PEA , which make us feel light-hearted.
Levels of the hormone oxytocin rise by about 500% during sex , making us feel relaxed.
Regular, satisfying sex boosts the immune system. We have fewer colds, brighter eyes, better muscle tone, clear skin. And it does burn calories…at least 80 calories/session.
Good sex is a natural anti-depressant and there is evidence it helps us live longer.
Orgasm boosts immunity, wards off colds and infections and sexually active people are less prone to depression and suicide.
Regular sex not only makes you look younger, orgasms could be life-extending because of the effects on the heart and immune system.
Sex is good for our body, mental health and relationship as it makes us feel connected to another person. Plus, feeling loved, accepted and attractive is central to our happiness.
For Her
Orgasms boost levels of the female sex hormone oestrogen, which improves your mood. It also releases endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers and depression fighters. Menstrual cramps and PMT disappear!
They bond you to your partner. Oxytocin, a hormone which promotes feelings of intimacy, jumps to five times its normal level during climax.
They help you sleep. Oxytocin also makes you feel sleepy. Men drift off two to five minutes after orgasm, women usually fall asleep 20-30 minutes later (hence the ‘Why does he abandon me immediately after sex’ question. Answer: it’s biological!).
They make you less stressed. Twenty minutes of intercourse releases the lust-enhancing hormone dopamine, triggering a relaxation response which lasts up to two hours.
The quickest, most efficient way for a woman to orgasm is using a vibrator solo. According to most sex therapists, vibrators remain the most reliable source of orgasms for most women worldwide.
For Him
A longer life: men who have two or more orgasms weekly tend to live significantly longer than those who have only one or none.
Healthy hearts: men who have three or more orgasms weekly are 50% less likely to die from heart ailments or coronary artery disease.
Good health: having sex once or twice a week also fights off viruses by strengthening the immune system.

Hi Dakini,
All I can say is you certainly know what you’re doing.
I feel totally relaxed and my legs still feel wobbly.
I had been apprehensive about pursuing Tantra. Another time, I went to see a provider and it didn’t work out well But I’m delighted that I got the courage to finally see you. I wasn’t sure what to expect but you were so kind and understanding that I felt at ease right away. Thank you for listening to my story about the childhood sexual abuse I suffered. Talking about it to you seems to have lightened my load a lot. Your studio is a mini oasis, with rich oriental rugs, incense, candles, Goddess paintings, Tibetan singing bowls all around. It was a perfect escape for me! I’m working on the home play with my partner every day; it seems to be working!!
I look forward to our session next month.

Men, continue your quest for good sexual health by regularly ‘getting in touch with yourself.’
Sexual Solitaire…keep up the solo work, men!
Self-loving may help you more than hitting the gym!
1. Reduces the Risk of Prostate Cancer:Prostate cancer is the most common male cancer in Canada and the No. 2 leading cause of cancer deaths. Prostate-related disorders are caused by or worsened by the secretions from the prostate gland. However, frequent ejaculations eliminate these harmful secretions and protect the gland from cancer. A recent study showed 21 or more monthly ejaculations were linked to a lower prostate cancer risk in men.
2. Increases Immunity and Promotes Longevity: Having an orgasm releases the hormone DHEA (Dehdroepiandrosterone) and the immune boosting antibody immunoglobulin A (IgA). These secretions not only increase your overall immunity level in the body (helping to keep colds and flues away), but also work as an anti-depressant, help repair tissues, improve cognition and keep skin healthy. 3. Relieves Pain, Reduces Stress: Orgasms are linked with high levels of the hormone oxytocin, which in turn releases endorphins. These can alleviate a wide range of painful problems, from headaches and arthritis, to back aches. The oxytocin also helps to reduce stress and relief tension. 4. Increases blood circulation and keeps bones and muscles strong: Any activity that gets your heart pumping causes your cells and organs to become saturated with fresh oxygen and hormones. As the used blood is removed, waste products that cause fatigue and illness are removed with it. Testosterone boosts will also help to fortify bones and muscles, keeping your limbs stronger, longer. 5. Helps you get enough restful sleep: Research shows that the oxytocin that is released during orgasm, not only helps to reduce our stress and relief tension, but it also aids in our ability to fall asleep. As we all know, getting enough restful sleep has been linked to a host of positives; i.e., maintaining healthy weight and blood pressure. The health benefits of masturbation are plentiful, so applaud your own efforts to take your health in your own hands in order to maintain your state state of well being. After all, who wants to constantly weak, stressed, depressed and have insomnia, a constant cold and an unhealthy prostate.
What follows is adapted from the 1883 English transition of the Kama Sutra.
When a woman sees her lover is fatigued by constant thrusting during intercourse, without having his desire satisfied, she should lay him down upon his back, and take on a dominant role. This not only satisfies her lover but her own desire of novelty.
There are two ways of doing this, the first is when during congress she turns round, and gets on the top of her lover, so as to continue intercourse, without obstructing their mutual pleasure; and the other is when she acts the man’s part from the beginning. At such a time, she should press her own breasts against his chest, and lowering her head frequently, should do in return the same actions which he used to do before, returning his blows. A man’s work during sexual activity involves pleasuring his woman, as follows: While the woman is lying on his bed, perhaps abstracted by his conversation, he should deftly remove her lingerie or undergarments, and when she begins to balk, he should overwhelm her with kisses. Then when his lingam is erect, he should touch her and gently manipulate various parts of her body. If it’s their first time together, he should gently place his hands between her thighs and on her breasts. After this, he should grasp her hair, and hold her chin in his fingers with the intent of kissing her. He should take all his cues from her behaviour regarding what things she finds pleasurable.
Suvarnanabha says, “While a man is doing to the woman what he likes best during intercourse, he should always caress those parts of her body upon which she turns her gaze.”
Signs of Female Enjoyment and Satisfaction: 1. Her body relaxes. 2. She closes her eyes. 3. She loses all signs of inhibition. 4. She expresses a clear desire to unite the lingam and yoni.
Signs of Female Displeasure and Frustration 1. She shakes her hands, 2. She does not let the man get up. 3. She acts in a dejected manner. 4. She bites or kicks him. 5. She continues to keep moving after he has finished. In such cases, the man should rub her yoni with his hand and fingers before engaging in coitus, until it’s softened, and after that is done he should penetrate her with his lingam
The Male’s Actions during Lovemaking 1. Moving the Organ Forward: When the organs are brought together properly and directly 2. Churning: When the lingam is held with the hand, and turned all round in the yoni. 3. Piercing: When the yoni is lowered, and the upper part of it is struck with the lingam. 4. Rubbing: When the same thing is done on the lower part of the yoni. 5. Pressing: When the yoni is pressed by the lingam for a long time. 6. Giving a Blow: When the lingam is removed some distance from the yoni, and then forcibly strikes it. 7. The Blow of a Boar: When only one part of the yoni is rubbed with the lingam. 8. The Blow of a Bull: When both sides of the yoni are rubbed in this way. 9. Sporting of a Sparrow: When the lingam is in the yoni, moved up and down frequently, without being taken out.
The Female’s Actions during Lovemaking When a woman assumes a dominant role in lovemaking, she do the following, as well as the above. The pair of tongs: When she holds the lingam in her yoni, draws it in, presses it, and keeps it like that in her for a long time. The Top: When, during copulation, she turns round like a wheel. This takes practice. The Swing: ‘When he lifts up his mid torso, and she turns round her mid torso. When she feels tired, she should place her forehead on that of her beloved’s, and take a break without disturbing the union of the organs. When she has rested, he should turn round and resume sexual intercourse.
Churning the Cream
During lovemaking, 10 types of blowsmay be struck with the penis.
Of these, only Upasripta (Natural) results in full clitoral stimulation, thus allowing a subtlety, rhythm and spontaneity which the other 9 each lack.
It’s a gentle forward stroke, varied for depth and speed,
When you strike sharply down into the yoni, it’s Hula (Double-edged Knife).
If you grasp your penis and move it in circles inside her yoni, it’s Manthana (Churning).
If you hold your penis pressed breathlessly to her womb, it’s Piditaka (Pressing).
If, when her hips are raised by a pillow, strike a rising blow, it’s Avamardana (Rubbing).
Continuous pressure on one side of her yoni is Varahaghata (Boar’s Blow).
If you totally withdraw aand then strike her hard to the womb, it ‘s Nirghata(Buffet).
If you thrust wildly in all directions, as a bull tossing its horns, it’s Vrishaghata (Bull’s Blow).
Quivering in her yoni is Chatakavilasa (Sparrow Sport), which usually heralds orgasm.
The involuntary shuddering of orgasmis called Samputa (Jewel Case).
No two women make love quite the same way, so orchestrate your rhythms to the moods and colors of each lover’s raga (emotions).

Erectile dysfunction exercises have been used for centuries by different cultures throughout the world to improve male sexuality.
These exercises and their variations have different names: kundalini yoga, tantric sex, kama sutra or keels.
Basically, they all act as a natural impotence remedy to enhance your sexual experience.
Kegel Exercises target the pubococcygeal (PC) muscle group that helps form a “hammock” for your genitals.
Strengthening the PC muscles can help control incontinence, increase sexual function and combat premature ejaculation.
***They can be done just about anywhere, and you can do them standing, sitting or lying down.
You can identify your PC muscles by attempting to stop the flow of urine in the bathroom.
Once the muscles are identified, tighten them and hold the contraction for about 5 seconds, followed by a 5-second relaxation.
A 2nd way to exercise your PC muscles is to slowly tighten them a little more with each count as you count from 1 to 5.
Hold the contraction for a few seconds before incrementally releasing the contraction as you count back down to one.
A 3rd variation of the Kegel exercise is to rapidly contract and release your PC muscles until muscle exhaustion occurs.
A safe, non invasive, natural cure for erectile dysfunction…
Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sex.
The precise number of men facing this health challenge is unknown. Indeed, many men are reluctant to discuss the matter, even with a physician.
E.D affects more than 20% of men under 40 years of age, more than 50% of men over 40 years of age and more than 60% of men over 70.
E.D. is the result of insufficient blood circulation reaching the sexual organ, weak pelvic muscles, inability of the muscles within the penis to relax, hormonal abnormalities and/or psychological imbalances.
A recommended first line of defense in treating erectile dysfunction is erectile dysfunction exercises.
One of the more popular forms is known as pelvic floor exercises.
The success rate is impressive!
Pelvic floor exercises, also known as keels can prevent erectile difficulties and restore normal erections.
Research shows that 40% of men who had experienced erectile dysfunction for 6 months or more regained normal erections after performing pelvic floor exercises daily for 3 to 6 months.
An additional 35% of men strengthened their rigidity.
Pelvic floor exercises are best taught by a Tantric Sex Therapist to ensure they’re done correctly.
Imagine trying to stop the flow of urine or prevent the escape of wind from the rear.
The process…Tighten and lift the pelvic floor muscles.
That’s basically the exercise.
Each contraction should be as strong as possible and held, initially for several seconds, but gradually building up to 8-10 seconds.
Each contraction is followed by a recovery phase of 10 seconds.
NOTE that the pelvic floor muscles should be tightened before and during strenuous activities which increase intra-abdominal pressure; i.e., coughing, sneezing, lifting and rising from a sitting position.
Pelvic floor muscle exercises may be done while standing, sitting, lying down, or even walking.
Erectile Dysfunction Exercises…How?
The following offers an overview of how to do erectile dysfunction exercises.
Male kegels are a form of pelvic floor muscle exercises.
Commonly used by women during pregnancy, they are shown to be effective in helping many men overcome erectile dysfunction.
Learning male kegel exercises is simple.
Instructions on doing kegels in a standing, sitting, or lying position follow. You may even do them while walking.
To achieve maximum benefit, the key is consistency and discipline in your E.D. exercise regime.
How to do Male Kegels In a Standing Position
Stand with feet apart, tighten your pelvic floor muscles as if trying to stop the flow of
urine and the wind escaping from your behind.
If you look in a mirror, you should be able to see the base of your penis move nearer to your abdomen and your testicles rise.
Hold the contraction as strongly as you can for several seconds. Each week try to gradually increase
the length of the contraction, by a couple of seconds, until you get up to 8-10 seconds.
Avoid holding your breath, pulling in your abdomen or tensing your buttocks.
Perform 3 maximal contractions in standing in the morning holding for __ seconds.
Perform 3 maximal contractions in standing in the evening holding for __ seconds.
The length and frequency of contractions may be increased over time.
How to do Male Kegels In a Sitting Position
Sit on a chair with your knees apart and tighten your pelvic floor muscles as if you were lifting your pelvic
floor but not your buttocks off the chair.
Hold the contraction as strongly as you can.
Avoid holding your breath, pulling in your abdomen or tensing your buttocks.
Perform 20 maximal contractions in sitting in the morning holding for 8 seconds.
Perform 20 maximal contractions in sitting in the evening holding for 8 econds.
How to do Male Kegels in a Lying Position
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your knees apart.
Tighten your pelvic floor, hold the contraction as strongly as you can.
Try to avoid pulling in your abdomen or tensing your buttocks.
Perform 20 maximal contractions in lying in the morning holding for 6 seconds.
Perform 20 maximal contractions in lying in the evening holding for 6 seconds.
How to do Kegels While Walking
Try lifting your pelvic floor up 50% of maximum when walking.
Kegels After Urinating
After voiding, tighten your pelvic floor muscles strongly to avoid the after-dribble.
Male Kegels During Sexual Activity
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles rhythmically to achieve and maintain penile rigidity during sexual
activity. Slow thrusting movements generate higher pressures inside the penis.
Male Kegels To Delay Ejaculation
For men with premature ejaculation, tighten your pelvic floor muscles to delay ejaculation.
While male kegels may not be able to help all conditions, the results of most men have been successful.
Kegels are the first line of defense in treating erectile dysfunction.

“If we could recover a sense of the holiness of eros and its creative, divine place in the nature of things, we might see how absurdly small our view of sex has been, and we might reinstate it without moralism at life’s center, where it can offer vitality and intimacy of unrivaled power. Before we can give depth and richness to our sexuality, we must discover the value of deep pleasure and desire and at the same time relax our anxious attention to the control of the emotions, the justification of our lives by work and restraint, and our belief in the value of repression and suffering.”
— Thomas Moore, The Soul of Sex
“The true liberation of eroticism lies in accepting the fact that there are a million facets to it, a million forms of eroticism, a million objects of it, situations, atmospheres, and variations. We have, first of all, to dispense with guilt concerning its expansion, then remain open to its surprises, varied expressions, and (to add my personal formula for the full enjoyment of it) fuse it with individual love and passion for a particular human being, mingle it with dreams, fantasies, and emotion for it to attain its highest potency.”
— Anais Nin, In Favor of the Sensitive Man
“Your sexuality is god’s love letter to you, a miracle of biological engineering that could have been devised only by a mind of vast, humorous generosity, a mind that knew the pain and sense of confinement earthly beings would feel and wanted to ensure you might always have glimpses of heaven.”
— Jalaja Bonheim, Aphrodite’s Daughters
“Truly qualified tantric practitioners wish to follow the speediest path to enlightenment, not with the desire to gain quick liberation, but because they have unbearable compassion for others. They realize that the longer it takes them to achieve enlightenment, the longer everyone who needs help will have to wait. The lightning vehicle of tantra is therefore intended for those who wish to help others as much as possible, as quickly as possible.”
— Lama Yeshe, Introduction to Tantra
“Within the heart, mind and body wisdom of the feminine lie some of the greatest secrets and powers—and they await to be revealed.
And all of it is laid open by the touch of another!”
— Mary Magdalen (channeled by Thomas Kenyon & Judy Sion), The Magdalen Manuscript
“The senses can lead you astray and the pursuit of pleasure can get you into trouble. Sensual pleasure needs the guidance of practical, ethical judgment. But you won’t gain good health by repeatedly vetoing the vote of the senses and denigrating the wisdom of the body. Nature was neither capricious nor perverted in ensuring that, other things being equal, what feels good is good for you.”
— George Leonard
“The essence of tantra is dealing skillfully with pleasure. The person who qualifies for tantra is someone who can cope with pleasure, someone for whom dealing with pleasure becomes a conducive situation for achieving liberation. This is the tantric personality. If a person only knows how to be miserable then tantra will not work for him or her. Like a nuclear reactor without any fuel, such a person will have no resource to utilize for the necessary transformations.”

A Sacred Intimate is a trained sexual educator who uses the power of touch, including erotic touch, to teach you how to feel greater comfort, connection and pleasure in your body. You will be lovingly guided back to a state of recognizing, experiencing and savouring your bodily sensations. We have been told to mistrust sensory information emerging from the genitals, heart, and skin. Instead, we are told to only trust our intellect.
This flawed, unbalanced way of life allows the misguided mind to play many tricks on us. If we are separated from our body, wisdom that comes from the neck down, we feel rushed, confused and lack the capacity to enjoy pleasure. We have moved from our natural evolution of living slowly in the body to living fast from the neck up.
A Dakini or Sacred Inmate is trained to reintegrate the body, mind and spirit into a unified whole, as nature had designed.
Great sex is all about learning to feel more sensation in your body and consciously interacting with your beloved in a clear way, full of choice.
Sacred intimates can help people keep their erotic bodies alive in a long, loving but sexless marriage. For example, a 57-year-old client called Brent came to see me. He appeared very anxious and unhappy. He had been in a co-habiting relationship with a woman called Meg for 22 years. (Names aare changed to protect client confidentiality.) Brent and Meg’s sexual relationship had ceased about 10 years earlier because Meg claimed she just wasn’t into it anymore. Now at age 57, Brent was feeling the deficit of not living out his sexuality. He had a Tantric Touch Massge and found it exhilarating, but he ejaculated almost immediately, without even feeling it, as soon as I touched his lingam. His only sexual experience had been masturbating as quickly as possible to get it over with. I did a couple of sessions with him, working on his breathing, moving energy around his body, and he was able to hang out much longer in a high erotic state without ejaculating or squelching his erotic energy. He left transported with joy. I suggested to him that he ask Meg if she would like to accompany him for a Couples Tantra Session. Happily, she agreed and their sexual life began to gradually blossom again after three sessions.
Much of the healing that occurs in sacred intimate work happens on simple levels. Simple, nurturing touch is so vital, . Touch that includes genital touch plus breath plus presence feels like acceptance. Giving permission is a large part of sacred intimate work. It’s about giving permission to receive pleasure, to feel your whole body, to speak desires, to bring consciousness to sex and touch, to live your spirituality without blocking your sexuality and vice versa, to be seen naked, to see another man naked. All these are opportunities to heal shame, isolation, erotic malnutrition, and touch deprivation.
Exploring anal pleasure is another task for sacred intimates. Many heterosexual men are curious about anal pleasure and long for a safe playground to explore. Plenty of gay men, too, have apprehensions about buttplay, based on fear of disease or bad experiences with insensitive lovers. So much of sacred intimate work has to do with adult sex education, sharing information and teaching. All of the clients I’m describing are people who did not and probably would not seek out clinical sex therapy, nor were they simply looking to get off. They mostly found me through the avenue of bodywork, and we developed a personal relationship that created a safe container for both of us to experiment with the sacred intimate work we do. For me, sacred intimate work is a constant dance between the sex-worker inside me, concentrating on healing through pleasure, and the psychotherapist, processing emotional issues. All this happens within the context of my own grounded Tantric spiritual practice, consecrated ritual space, and sense of purpose, to awaken clients to the awesome joy of life in a body. My hope is to dwell in a non-judgmental world that honors and supports sexual freedom, erotic abundance, and healing through pleasure. Clearly, one of my essential supports is creating and experiencing community with those who wish to follow the Tantric path.

Most into new age philosophy consider ‘prana’ breath, but this Sanskrit word means life-force. Pranayama (the act of taking in Prana) teaches that during the retention portion of the breath cycle, one should consciously retain the Prana, then release the carbon dioxide from the lungs during exhalation, storing the prana in the Manipura, or 3rd Chakra.
“The oracle of breath unfolds its secrets to those who know the keys.
The elements in breath are fire, water, earth, air and ether.”
~Swara Chinthamani.
Pranyama Techniques
Circle Breath….This is the most fundamental of all Pranyama. Make it part of your regular mantra or yantra meditations. Picture your breathing as a cycle, breathing in fully into your belly (yogic breath). Breath fully starting slowly (about 7 seconds for the in-breath and 7 seconds for out-breath.) Eyes closed. Speed up the breathing after about 20 minutes, so that within 1 hour you are taking only 2 seconds to breath in a two second for the out breath. Breathe through the nose. Do not stop at the top or bottom of your breath.
**This form of Pranyama was introduced into North America by Leonard Orr, and is also called “rebirthing,” or “conscious breathing.”
Bhramari Breath...Take a deep breath, exhale all stale air from lungs, contracting abdominal muscles to squeeze out the last remnants. Inhale through the nose making a snoring sound. Retain the breath for about 7 seconds concentrating on storing the pranic energy in the Manipura Chakra. Now gently exhale through the nose, making an air sound from your palate. Focus your mind’s eye on the sound during the inhale and exhale…on the vital life force being stored and saved during breath retention. Start with 7 cycles, adding more (up to 10 minutes) as you master Bhramari Breath.
Trapezoidal Breath…Start by letting all the air out of your lungs, contracting the abdomen to help. Inhale deeply, drawing the breath toward the abdomen, expanding it, filling up your belly. Continue inhaling, next pulling into the ribcage. Continue, drawing the breath into your upper lungs, chest, and throat area. As you’re breathing in, take the same seven seconds to tighten your anal sphincter.
Retain your lungs filled with prana for seven seconds. Also hold you sphincter tight for these 7 seconds.
Now begin relaxing, letting all the tension in your body release, taking seven seconds to release you sphincter. Let it be natural as you exhale slowly, taking seven seconds to release all the air in your lungs. When all the air has been expelled, simply relax for seven seconds taking in no air.
Think of this as a trapezoid 7 seconds in, 7 seconds holding, 7 seconds releasing, and 7 seconds released. The magic 28-second cycle. Do this for 10 cycles; build up to 10 minutes at a sitting..
As well as the mental and spiritual benefits, complete breath increases oxygen supply to the blood, bring vitality to all the organs.. Complete breath also slows the heart rate. It has a calming effect on central nervous system.
Kundalini Breath…This is sometimes called fire breath, as It quickly energizes the body. Stand and simply breathe out in explosive breaths rapidly though the noses as if you were blowing you nose. Do it rapidly, not thinking of breathing air in. . The body will handle that. You simply breathe out explosively. You may wish to hit your ribcage with your arms to accentuate the out-breath. Do this for 2 minutes to start and work up to 10 minutes. As you begin, you will think it impossible to go on, but keep explosively breathing out. It will become easier as time goes on.
In this form of pranayama, do not take deep breaths in or you will hyperventilate and may lose physical consciousness.
Another form of this pranayama is to tighten the anal sphincter on each out breath. This works well if you are the thruster during actual intercourse.
Pranavayu Rasa…This is a recharging breath cycle. Stand with eyes closed, or turned upward, focused on the 6th Chakra, Ajna, or the 3rd eye in your mid forehead. Start by inhaling, holding the air in your lungs. while you swing your arms twice backward and twice forward vigorously. Then exhale. Next, inhale again, this time stretching your arms forward at a 90 degree angle from body. Swing them out sideways at shoulder level twice. Then exhale, and drop your arms.
Next, inhale again and.swing your arms up twice and down twice, parallel at sides, arch the small of back slightly. Exhale, and drop your arms. Now, Inhale, keep your breath in your lungs again. Stretch arms slowly forward. Clench fists and pull them against the chest. Retain breath while shaking entire body. Exhale. Inhale again. Swing your arms overhead and bend body to the right from the waist, NOT collapsing the ribcage. Concentrate on parts being stretched. Exhale while straightening, repeat to the left. Inhale again. Retain breath, massage ribs.Exhale. Inhale. Retain breath, patting your breasts or pectoral muscles.
Finally exhale. The idea of recharging prana is to tap your individual life force and unite it with universal energy/life force. Physically, it energizes, limbers the body, cleanses and exercises the lungs.
Prana Sukha…This is a healing breath (meaning breath of joy. This breath is the simplest extension of simple prana into “rhythm.” Consciously alter the time spent on each part of the breathing cycle. The rhythm of Prana Sukha is said to be perfectly suited to extraction of vital energy from the atmosphere.
The ratio of inhalation/retention/exhalation is 1:4:2. In other words, inhale, hold breath four times as long as inhalation takes, then exhale, taking twice as long as inhalation. The inhalation establishes the time ratio for the other two; never progress into discomfort. Generally, begin by inhaling just slightly longer than when breathing unconsciously and proportion retention and exhalation thereto. Gradually increase, to comfort. Sukha slows down breathing process, which is beneficial to both body and mind.
NOTE: Don’t count the rhythm lengths either mentally or verbally. Counting interferes with the meditative/spiritual aspect of the practice. Measure the rhythm against pulse, heartbeat, or by focusing the mind on the sounds of inhalation and exhalation of breath, and of the heart beating during retention. This is ideal, as it creates an audio rhythm and helps the body and mind merge.
The Gheranda Samhita suggests: “In entering, the breath makes the sound ‘SOH’ and in exiting, the sound ‘HAM.’ Thus the breath makes the power word SOHAM; (or, I am It). The subtle sound reverberates in the root Chakra, the heart Chakra, and the third eye Chakra. The Yogi should perform this repetition consciously.” Another measuring process is concentration o n a mantra, such as AUM, or whatever your personal preference. Feel the rhythm of each AUM.
Prana inTantric Sexual Union...The above prana practices should be mastered first, as they are the basis for deeper exploration into pranayama. Many Prana breaths apply directly to Tantric practice and Tantric lovemaking. Followers of the Tantric path should develop complete breath until it’s totally natural; then healing breath to purify the vital and subtle channels of the body.
Thus, physical and emotional damage from the highly-charged, intense energies created by Tantric Union can be prevented.
The flows of prana, the mind, and sexual energy are interdependent. Breath control is vital to correct Tantric Union; breath is power. Don’t be afraid of this power; just use it carefully. Yoga and Tantric traditions believe in a 5-fold division of Prana.
“The original Prana contains 4 other Pranas, each assigned to rule over a specific bodily function. Together, these are the 5 subtle breaths.” The original Prana is seen as upward moving; the Apana is downward moving. These are the first and most vital of the 5subtle breaths. Tantra seeks to reverse the flow of Prana and Apana, then merge them, transforming the body/mind/soul. According to Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita: “Some Yogis offer the Prana into the Apana; others the Apana into the Prana.”
NOTE: Traditionally, the Prana is considered higher, the Apana lower. In Tantric Pranayama, they are not considered different flows of energy, both vital, the union of which leads to enlightenment. The great Indian guru Gorakasatakham states: “The Atman (individual soul) is in thrall to Prana and Apana. Whosoever knows and controls these two forces is a true Yogi and will taste the ecstasy of Liberation. Draw up the Apana and unite it with the Prana.”
The 5 subtle breaths take place in prana during the period of retention.
Inhale Prana, as if it were a fluid, lighter than water. During retention, see the air divide into earth, water, fire, air and ether. Exhale with fire, burning up the impurities. Pause slightly before inhalation, concentrating on impurities returning to earth for regeneration.
The Crow Beak…The first to master prior to Tantric Union. Roll the tongue into a “beak” drawing the sides inward to form a “straw” or “tube.” Protrude rolled tongue through slightly parted lips and inhale through the tongue. Retain, exhale through nostrils. This process, also referred to as Sithali cools the body, activates liver and spleen, and strengthens the subtle pranas of sight and sound.
Union of Prana and Apana...Solar and lunar symbolism are central to Tantra, as they are to other mystical teachings. Interestingly, they have similar meaning: ancient Hebrew tradition considered the sun masculine and paternal, the moon feminine and maternal; Taoist Chinese tradition considered the sun Yang/hot/masculine, the moon Yin/cool/feminine. These beliefs developed at different times in different places, so a Jungian archetypal truth seems to be in play.
HA: literally sun. THA: literally moon. YOGA: derived from root word “Yug,” meaning Yoke. HATHA YOGA = union of sun and moon. Hatha Yoga is derived from Pranayama. The breath is linked to celestial influences, so when the breath is controlled, the influences are controlled. The synthesis of HA and THA brings equilibrium, union…the goal of all Yogis.
Tantra associates the Sun with the right side of the body, masculine energy, the element of fire, the color red, and intellect. The solar energy is stored in the solar plexus–power Chakra–its energy is upward flowing (pranic) and considered celestial energy. The Moon is associated with the left side of the body, feminine energy, cooling (Soma) quality, the color white, the element of water and the intuitive processes. Lunar energy is stored between the Crown Chakra and Third-Eye Chakra, approximately the hairline, in a crescent-shaped portal. Its energy is downward flowing (apanic) and is considered earthly energy. The union of the two can be accomplished meditatively in Savasana with the assistance of visualization. With or without visualization, Pranayama has techniques to consciously unite HA and THA, both within the individual and within a Tantric couple, one to the other. Below are a couple of Solar/Lunar prana techniques.
Analoma-Viloma...This is alternate nostril breathing, also called Solar-Lunar Breath…a major key to control sexual energy.
Solar breath = Shiva, transcendence; lunar breath = Shakti, creative energy. When both exist in balance, the life-force travels the Great Axis (spinal column), rising through the Chakras. Solar-Lunar breath employed in Tantric Union provides a thrill which impels the Atman in an evolutionary direction toward cosmic union and enlightenment. But this breath must first be controlled through the practice of white Tantra–solo, the union of HA and THA within oneself.
Technique:Sit straight in Lotus or with crossed legs, back and head straight. The rhythm may be 1:1:1 or 1:4:2, as with healing breath above. 1. Take right hand, bend index and middle fingers into palm. 2. place hand above nose. Exhale. 3. Close right nostril with right thumb. Inhale through left nostril, focusing mind on flow of air/ vital force/energy. 4. Use thumb and ring finger to pinch both nostrils closed. Retain breath. 5. Lift thumb, exhale through right nostril, keeping left nostril closed with ring finger. 6. Inhale through right nostril, focusing as above. 7. Pinch closed, retain breath. 8. Exhale through left nostril, lifting ring finger.
This constitutes one complete “round” of Solar-Lunar breath. Begin with 5 to 10 repetitions of rounds; work up gradually to tolerance.
White, or solo HA-THA breath, has great physical benefits: balancing the breath greatly assists with gaining control of your heartbeat, circulation and body temperature. It acts to calm the nerves, relieve tension, and quiet the mind. Mystically, it helps one unite the forces within oneself and gain ascendancy over Prana/Apana–which together equal the life force itself.
The Gheranda Samhita illustrates a meditative white Tantric form of solar/lunar breathing: “Contemplate the primordial seed sound YANG, of the air element and heart Chakra, and visualize this syllable as of a smoky color, filled with energy. Draw in the breath through the left nostril, repeating the syllable mentally sixteen times. Restrain the breath while repeating the syllable mentally 64 times, then exhale all air through the right nostril during the period required to mentally repeat the syllable YANG thirty two times.”
Prana During Tantric Union…When one is ready for Tantric lovemaking, the Shiva and Shakti principles unite within themselves and each other. A convergence and synchronization of their breaths takes place; life-forces merging into a vortex, physical and subtle energy exchange taking place. Lying on one side causes the opposite side’s nostril to dominate the breathing pattern. The Tantras state that during lovemaking, the man should consciously draw in the exhaled air from the woman’s left nostril though his right nostril, and allow her to consciously breathe in his exhaled breath from the right nostril through her left nostril. Face-to-face lovemaking with each couple lying on his/her side facilitates this exchange naturally.
One Tantric text states: “By meditating on the breath during lovemaking, one should seize the life-force of the other with one’s own life-force and bestow the life force of oneself on that of the other.” During Tantric Union, the commitment of the couple is TOTAL –whether for the duration of the Act alone, for life, or for Eternity. The exchange of life forces, when done for Tantric Commitment, binds souls together for Eternity, transcending the till-death-do-us-part notion
The masters say:
“The solar breath leads to transcendence; the lunar breath is a form-giving substance. Their union evokes the Eternal.”–Prana Upanisad.
“Breath is life. We should pay as much attention to it as any other aspect of beingness”–Swami Nostradamus Virato
“When breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when breath is still; all is still. Control breathing carefully. Inhalation gives strength and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind and longevity; exhalation purifies
body and spirit.”– Goraksasathakam.
Tantric Sex and Breathing…Men can, when they notice their breath getting faster, consciously breathe slower and more fully. This allows them to move the sexual excitement through their body instead of unconsciously going right past all those exquisite feelings and going “over the top”. If you see you’re holding your breath, breathing very fast, or tightening during lovemaking and at the time right before orgasm, relax, let go and expand your abdomen with your breath. Deep belly breaths open the channels to allow the full-body orgasm. It will help you relax and at the same time build up a charge faster.

All women can benefit from kegel exercise. For Some women with medical conditions, doing kegel exercise, especially with a jade egg or ben wa ball, improves and reduces or eliminate the need for medication or surgery. There’s no stigma attached.

Testimonials
“When I first went to Dakini, I suffered from low self-esteem and struggled with a pattern of attracting abusive men into my life
I also wanted to reconnect to that intuition and healing ability I had as a young girl but had blocked off as an adult. I had private sessions with Dakini every two weeks. Her kind, gentle style is so supportive that I didn’t even realize how dramatically I was transforming. The changes within me took place with such grace and ease. Dakini applied a variety of safe shamanic and tantric tools, which felt very reassuring.
Almost seven months Iater, I feel like a different woman. I am blissfully single and enjoying every moment of my life. Now, I have the tools to stand on my own and have graduated to being who I truly am, both personally and professionally. When I am ready, I know I can attract the right man into my life.
I can’t thank Dakini enough for the changes she has helped me bring into my life. She facilitated my taking back my power.
It would have been far more challenging and slow without Dakini’s guidance for me to explore Tantra and shamanic healing. I believe that this type of initiation is vital for students to grow safely and efficiently.”

“Hi Dakini, I was able to control the lingam muscle that you told me about right away. Later, I found the erotic spot under my testicles and was able to move my lingam by flexing my anus muscles together as you instructed.
I also had no problem visualizing the roots growing from my lingam and feeling the electricity again going from my feet to my lingam area. It resulted in a very powerful orgasm while masturbating. You certainly know what you’re doing!
Until our next session,
J.F., Kingston

I found her intuitive natural ability and her extensive expertise exactly what I had been seeking in a Tantric practitioner. The work we have done together has profoundly impacted both my sexual and emotional health. I am grateful to have met her and look forward to exploring this work further with her in the future. I can without reservation recommend Dakini both as an individual and the modalities in which she works so skilfully. My sole complaint is that our enjoyable sessions seemed to whip by so quickly!”

Tantra is the philosophy and spiritual daily practice that reunite us with our original source of Love.
Through connecting to Shakti (feminine) or Shakti (masculine) qualities, we become whole in uniting to the main source of energy in the Universe. The Tantric practitioner seeks to use the prana (divine power) that flows through the universe (including one’s own body) to attain purposeful goals.
This occurs only when we engage all our senses in the arousal process and are fully unblocked from stress, worry, anxiety, blame, guilt, and shame. This practice was developed in India thousands of years ago as well as Kama Sutra to actually “teach” a person how to be a good lover. Tantrism is a quest for spiritual perfection and magical power.
Its purpose is to achieve complete control of oneself, as well as all the natural forces , in order to attain union with the cosmos and with the divine. Long training is generally required to master Tantric methods, into which pupils are typically initiated by a guru.
Yoga, including breathing techniques and postures (asana), is employed to subject the body to the control of the will.
Mudras, or gestures; mantras or syllables, words and phrases; mandalas and yantras, which are symbolic diagrams of the forces at work in the universe, are all aids for meditation and for achieving spiritual and magical power.
The Tantric tradition is considered as either parallel to, or intertwined with, the Vedic tradition.
The primary sources of written Tantric lore are the agama, generally consisting of 4 parts, delineating metaphysical knowledge (jnana), contemplative procedures (yoga), ritual regulations (kriya), and ethical and religious injunctions (charya ).

WOMEN, REVEL IN THE PLEASURE OF YOUR OWN BODY!
When a Tantric woman moves naturally in her body with fluidity and power, it looks sexy but she doesn’t do this to impress a man.
Rather, she moves this way to TRULY enjoy her own body
Embracing your sensuality releases conscious and unconscious shame, guilt and doubt that no longer serve you
Each woman must be encouraged to remember how to access her inner pleasure. This pleasure is always available to her through her physical form.
FEEL YOUR FREEDOM NOW!
Stand up and place your hands on your hips.
As slowly as possible, circle your hips twice to the right, breathing deep and slow.
When ready to switch directions, circle your hips twice to the left and let your hands dance however they want.
Explore enjoying the feeling of touching your own body.
A couple minutes and a bit of movement go a long way, so give yourself time to enjoy your body.
Sensuality is only one aspect of being free.
Women, It’s vital to realize that tapping into the sensual pleasure of your own body is the fastest way to reclaim an aspect of your power that you have either given away or self-abandoned.
Knowing yourself like this encourages you to not only feel free, but also to feel empowered.
Being empowered sensually translates to being empowered in life.
Tantra offers you an opportunity to tap into your sensuality in a safe, sacred way.
Moreover, you will gain clarity about your desires and feel your sensual essence as fuel for the journey.
To revel in the pleasure of your own body is to totally accept the gift of being a woman.
Indeed, it’s one of the most profound ways to affirm your life.
Look forward to the next time you can dance with joy.

A young woman and a young man are on a motorcycle.
Girl: Whoa, This is really scary, slow down! Guy: No, I’m having way too much fun! Girl: Please, please stop! Guy: First hug me hard. Girl: *hugs* Guy: Tell me you love me Girl:I love you! NOW can you slow down?? Guy: Can you take my helmet off and put it on yourself? It’s bugging me Girl: *puts on helmet*
Next Day’s Headlines: There was an accident involving a motocycle accident. There were two people riding the motorcycle at the time of impact. The vehicle was speeding out of control and drove off road and into a building. Only one of the two people died.
What Really Happened: Half way through the ride the guy noticed that the brakes were gone, but he did not want to scare the girl. So he got her to hug him one last time, and to know that she loved him. He got her to wear the helmet so that if they did crash that she would survive, although he knew that meant that he had to die.

You need never be ashamed of your body or fear showing it off.
If you’re comfortable in the natural state, don’t fret about others’ opinions.
Be proud of who you are in every sense of the word.
Feel good about who you are in the body you inhabit.
The Natural State is a Normal State of Being.
The Goddess Shakti-Isis has made us all with different personality types. Beauty is very much an individual preference. The natural state does not imply vulgarity all. You should enjoy every aspect of the natural state. Freely gaze upon the lovely curves of a woman’s breasts and her yoni lips. Enjoy the formidable appearance of a man’s lingam without averting your eyes. Know that you are among the many who truly enjoy the beauty of the nude body. Sensuality is not sinful, but moral judgment is, as nudity is a Goddess-given gift.
Adam & Eve were created in the natural state when Paradise was still perfect. People are both conceived and born that way. Being in the natural state makes you feel more free & open. You’ll feel better about yourself and also about others. Do not be ashamed of your beautiful, healthy body.
Many activities performed in the natural state could not be performed clothed. People who are offended by others being in the natural state need not look at them. Critics of nudity are unaware of its advantages and mistake pride for profanity. Bacteria collect in bathing suits and mites can collect in clothing. You are beautiful from the inside, regardless of what you look like on the outside. Your true friends will love you as you are.
Don’t stress over what to wear if you plan to be in the natural state…a smile will do!
Benefits
Improved Fertility…nudity allows a man’s genitals to acclimate to temperature changes. Clothing inhibits the natural mechanism of the body, especially if it’s tight. This, in turn, may result in reduced fertility.
Nude sunbathing lets your entire body benefit from the sun’s positive effects.
Sleeping in the natural state allows air to travel freely over your entire body. Your body is thus better able to distribute heat. As a result, you’ll be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
The Sun Helps Clear Up Psoriasis is a skin disease which turns your skin purple. Those suffering from psoriasis are treated by dermatologists by having the patient sit under a fluorescent light, simulating the rays of the sun. being inthe natural state does the exact same thing.
In nude swimming, water feels so much better on your bare skin than a wet swim suit.
Cleans sweat glands.
Promotes absorption of vitamin D from the sun for bone formation and calcium regulation
Enhances ventilation and circulation.
Increases a sense of inner peace, body awareness, strength & flexibility.
Better physical health promotes better mental health, as you experience freedom of expression and movement.
Hormones that induce general well being are stimulated. Less illnesses result from stress-free sensuality. Reduced stress and increased self-esteem result from feeling better physically.
Receiving Massage in the nude promotes oxygenation.
Muscles are more adequately developed and strain on internal organs is reduced without constrictions, stimulating blood flow to internal organs and unblocking intestines.
Proper alignment and comfort is increased.
Metabolism and digestion are improved as the waist is not constricted.
Massage movement is repaired rather than impaired by less restriction at hipline.
Less strain is placed on the back and torso, i.e., women who wear bra’s and girdles.
Sensual massage provides sensory stimulation and has revitalizing effects Moreover, massage restores and preserves health, strengthening muscles and nerves.
With improved circulation, respiration is unobstructed, breathing is more free. Bones are less prone to disease while muscles are better developed. Less exposure to air decreases health and strength. Increased exposure during massaging increases cell oxygenation, including the major organs.
Being nude during a sensual massage is more comfortable than wearing clothes.
Awareness of perceiving nudity heightens intimacy. Being at one with nature is a deeply pleasurable experience.
Discarding clothing stimulates your natural urges. It opens your mind to discarding responsibility.
Alleviates boredom with an exciting, enticing perspective
It boosts self-esteem by shedding inhibitions, promoting a healthy body image and emotional well being.
Enhance your sublime sensuality & sensuous sexuality in 6 senses via sensual massage.
